Do this following :
- you enough to do “enduring” (only eat and drink in the night and keep your stomach so that not overly full). Do it 1 time on two day
- when you do “enduring”. Do warming for your body 5 time a day.
- when you don’t “enduring” , do sport every morning that it be able to you.
- you must be dicipline and patience.

Then do the folowing
- prepar one large yellow onion then slice it and make it thin
- put it into a pan and add a few of water
